She went above and beyond. We were in limbo at the beginning (waiting to get confirmation about a job). Janet helped us start what we could on prepping the house. As soon as word came that my husband got the job, she kicked it into high gear. Once the house went on the market, we were out of town and Janet took care of everything. She was quick to respond to messages and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Due to the rising interest rates and downturn in sales, it took a little longer than we all hoped but it was still less than 30 days.
